Защитники яблоневых садов в Воронеже собрали около тысячи подписей под петицией для В.В. Путина, Президента Российской Федерации. Примечательно, сбор петиций начался в день России, 12 июня, и жители хотят собрать намного больше чем 1,000 подписей.
Ради этого горожане стояли в очереди.

The defenders of apple orchards in Voronezh have already collected more than thousand signatures for a petition to V.V. Putin, the President of the Russian Federation. Воронежцы начали собирать подписи под петицией на имя президента Владимира Путина. Активисты просят запретить вырубку деревьев для строительства нового жилого квартала. Чтобы подписать документ, жители ближайших ЖК буквально становились в очередь. За два дня удалось собрать около 1000 голосов.

Voronezh residents have begun collecting signatures for a petition addressed to President Vladimir Putin. The activists are asking to ban the felling of trees for the construction of a new residential area. To sign the document, residents of the nearest residential complexes literally queued up. In two days, they managed to collect about 1000 votes.

По словам активистов, претензий к концепции застройки у них много, но одна из главных – загруженность микрорайона.
– Это очень хорошее место для прогулок с детьми, для занятия спортом, природа. Там помимо яблонь уже просто много деревьев выросло: сосны, клёны, дубы. Просто две минуты из дома – и будто, уже за городом – это очень нравится, – признаётся горожанин Андрей Сошин.
According to the activists, they have many complaints about the development concept, but one of the main ones is the microdistrict congestion.
“This is a very good place to walk with children, play sports, enjoy the nature. Apart from the apple trees, just a lot of other trees have already grown there: pines, maples, oaks. Just two minutes from home – and it feels like countryside – I really like it,” admits the citizen Andrey Soshin.

Составить петицию решили после того, как официально был опубликован план застройки территории. По словам инициаторов, это стало последней каплей. Новые дома рассчитаны почти на 25 тыс. человек. Местные жители уверены, что возведение такого большого квартала станет проблемой и для них, и для их будущих соседей.
– Школа почему-то одна, хотя из того количества людей, которое должно там проживать, и по нормативам, там должно быть как минимум две школы. Как люди будут передвигаться по дорогам? Что будет с Московским проспектом, который по утрам просто стоит? – говорит местный житель Максим Давыдов.
It was decided to draw up a petition after the development plan of the territory had been officially published. According to the initiators, this was the last straw. The new houses are designed for almost 25 thousand people. Local residents are confident that the construction of such huge blocks of flats will be a problem for both them and their prospective neighbors.
“For some reason, there is only one school, although considering the number of people that should live there, and according to the standards, there should be at least two two of them. How will people move along the roads? What will happen to Moskovsky Prospekt, which is already overloaded with traffic every morning?” says a local resident Maxim Davydov.

Тема застройки яблоневых садов стала для Воронежа очень резонансной. Право возвести объекты на «ценной» территории получила одна из структур ДСК, предложив на торгах беспрецедентную сумму – 1,69 млрд рублей. Именно столько застройщик будет платить в год за аренду 52 га между улицами Ломоносова, Загоровского, Московским проспектом и ЖК «Московский квартал». Там планируется построить миллион квадратных метров жилья. Кстати, концепцию застройки яблоневых садов впервые показали воронежцам на форуме «Зодчество», но она резко подверглась критике, и экспертами, и жителями.
