18-19 января прошла быстрая вырубка деревьев в яблоневом саду арендатором ООО «Монтажник», аффилированное с ОАО «Домостроительный комбинат» (ДСК). // On January 18-19, a quick felling of trees in the apple orchard took place by the tenant LLC «Montazhnik», affiliated with JSC «Domostroitelny Kombinat» (DSK). Порубочный билет был выдан* 17 января 2022 г., фотографии представлены за 19 января, когда все деревья (157 в порубочном билете) уже получилось вырубить. Согласно* документам, вырублено 114 плодовых деревьев, 2 дуба, 34 вяза*, 1 клен, 5 лип и 1 осина. 17 января платежное поручение отправлено в управление экологии (в скриншоте видно, что более 688 тыс. руб. компенсации за 157 деревьев), но не понятно, куда эта сумма пойдет в конечном итоге – какие зеленые зоны будут созданы или улучшены. 

На вопрос показать карту и план работы на месте, при предъявлении удостоверения Союза Журналистов, непосредственный руководитель работ не смог, сославшись на то, что в машине карту всегда возить не могут (про электронную версию карты руководитель ничего не сказал).

Воронежцы за создание парка, но на это не выделяют даже части территории.

Также, 2 года назад, благодаря яблоневому саду, Воронеж включали в международную программу ООН «Города Деревьев Мира» (Tree Cities of the World), а в прошлом году Воронеж включили даже на обложку программы, показав, что им не безразлична судьба такого зеленого города как Воронеж. * The felling ticket was issued* on January 17, 2022, the photos are presented for January 19, as all the trees (157 in the felling ticket) have already been cut down. The payment order was sent to the Ecology Department on January 17 (the screenshot shows that more than 688 thousand rubles in compensation for 157 trees), but it is not clear where this amount will go in the end – what green areas will be created or renovated.

* When the immediate supervisor of the work was asked to show the map and the work plan on the spot, upon presentation of the certificate of the Union of Journalists, he was not able to, citing the fact that they cannot always carry a map in a car (the supervisor did not say anything about the electronic version of the map).

In the southern part of the garden, an area almost 2 times larger (52.4 hectares), they want to build an astronomical 1 million square meters of housing.
