There can be a certain number of people from each railway company, who have registered in the Run75 program. This program is devoted to* 75th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. At the end of the competition the winners will be determined* by the number of points. Every staff member* of Russian Railways need to do the following: firstly, they have to run 75 kilometers, and, secondly, it is desirable* to break last year&#8217;s record of 200,000 kilometers.\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; Participants should run 200,000 km in total*, right? Do they have to run this distance in a year, or for how long?\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; No, they have only a month to do it.\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; Yeah, it is rather a lot &#8230; Do people participate voluntarily* or is there some kind of motivation for those, who take part in the marathon? Can they get any bonuses from Russian Railways?\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; Well, there are awards* for the first and the second places, cups, certificates, etc. And those, who have achieved* the highest results can get special prizes.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/>&#8212; What are you going to do after the marathon?\u00a0What are your plans regarding marathons?<br \/>&#8212; I\u2019m going to run. I go in for sports for a long time and, as for me, running a marathon is not difficult, besides*, there is some extra motivation, so I\u2019ll participate.\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; What are your plans for this year and maybe for the coming autumn in marathons?\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; There are no special plans; we go in for sports just for health and that&#8217;s it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/>&#8212; And planning to participate in such marathons?\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; Yes, not in all, but in those that will be possible.\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; And what can you wish for those who only start running? Just a few words.\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; Run for yourself, run in joy, do not overload* yourself, take care of your health.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; And one more question about water. If a person runs 5 km, for example, how much water does he need to take with him?\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; It&#8217;s individual, you may not drink water while you are running from 10 to 20 kilometers.\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; So, that depends* on each person, right?\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; As for me, I don&#8217;t usually need water for 10 kilometers, I would rarely use* it. If the distance is long, it is necessary* to use the water because the water supply* runs out*.\u00a0<br \/>&#8212; I see.
