Networking или Работа в команде!
In the conference hall of the Valeri Classic hotel, there was a big networking “Club of useful business acquaintances”.
Networking, as we said earlier, is a social and professional activity aimed at solving complex life tasks and business issues as quickly and efficiently as possible with the help of a circle of friends and acquaintances working or having connections in this or that sphere.
At the same time, the essence of networking is to build trust and long-term relationships with people and mutual assistance.
At the beginning of networking Maxim Dudkin told about the peculiarities of this type of activity, answered questions about the leadership qualities of people and how to educate them. The most common questions were questions about what kind of leadership qualities a person should have in order for him/her to achieve significant success in his/her professional life. Then, those gathered in the framework of a business game based on trust demonstrated the ability to manage other people. The participants then split up into teams, and each of them created its own leadership coat of arms and presented it competently to everyone else.
The event also featured an “Open Microphone”, where each of the attendees could briefly talk about themselves and their activities. After the networking session, each of the participants made a lot of useful acquaintances, which, one way or another, could affect not only them, but also humanity as a whole.

В начале нетворкинга Максим Дудкин рассказал об особенностях этого вида деятельности, ответил на так сильно волновавшие людей вопросы о лидерских качествах человека и о том, как их в себе воспитать. Самыми распространёнными вопросами стали вопросы о том, какие должны быть лидерские качества в человеке, чтобы он добивался значительных успехов в своей профессиональной жизни. Участники разбивались на команды, и каждая из них создавала свой герб лидерства и грамотно его презентовала всем остальным, а еще строила башню:)
Также на мероприятии работал «Открытый микрофон», где каждый из присутствующих мог кратко рассказать о себе и о своей деятельности. После окончания нетворкинга каждый из участников завёл себе много полезных знакомств, которые так или иначе смогут повлиять не только на них самих, но и на развитие страны в целом.
